Fill out our contact form or send us an e-mail. We’ll call you back as soon as possible. In this conversation we take up your wishes and get to know you a little bit. So, we can prepare everything for you so that further follow-up orders are even faster and easier. The fastest way is if you already work digitally. But even if you do not do that yet, no problem! In this case, you will receive a starter kit from us via UPS and you’re ready to go. Are you already working digitally? Excellent! Send us your digital data via e-mail or even better via Onyx container. Soon an express order form with direct upload will be available. Because we are constantly evolving and always working on the best possible customer experience.

All digital orders are processed securely and reliably over the Internet. Analogous orders are made via UPS pickup in your practice and shipping by us. Thus, a tracking and insurance of the delivery is always possible.
Some customers are worried about privacy when transferring data, which is good, but not necessary. Because for us as a laboratory the name of your patient is not important. We simply generate an order number for you. This allows us to assign all your patients safely and reliably to the respective work.

Use the order form, e-mail or telephone. And here it goes. Upload your digital data, send it via email or best via Onyx container. You work analogously and need shipping boxes or impression trays? No problem. With each used starter kit, you will receive a new one at the time of delivery. Or for very large orders, of course, several. All digital orders are processed securely and reliably over the Internet. Analogous orders are made via UPS pickup in your practice and shipping by us. Thus, a tracking and insurance of the delivery is always possible.

- You will receive a starter kit for this. The pickup is by UPS. Pack the package, call UPS for pickup and the rest will go automatically!

- Silicone Imprints * of the jaw (maxilla, mandible) and silicone squeeze bite
- X-ray images** (OPG, FRS, others)
- extraoral photos** (frontal smiling and lateral)
- intraoral photos** (bite frontal, right, left; maxilla/ mandible each occlusal)
Removable appliances and indirect gluing
- Silicone Imprints * of the jaw (maxilla, mandible) and silicone squeeze bite
- for FKO additional Construction bite (wax)
- for CMD-rail additional centric relation and facebow
*Silicone prints are scanned in the lab. Due to our low prices, the additional costs of the silicone impression compared to an alginate impression (plus the pouring into plaster, trimming, additional shipping costs due to more weight) are negligible. Please understand that we no longer create plaster models and do not send back plaster models sent to us.
**Do you X-ray and take pictures analog? We will gladly advise you on how to digitize your documents easily, quickly and inexpensively.
